More Details:
Asana & Meditation Practice:
Everyday there will be several yoga, mediation, mindful movement practices and workshops that give you valuable tools to nurture yourself. There is no experience necessary to participate in these practices except an open mind and a desire to grow.
The styles of yoga that we will be practicing are vinyasa, hatha, yin and restorative.
Most of the time the yoga classes will take place in the yoga oka and on beach day we will be taking our mats with us to practice sunset yoga on the beach.
Intro to Thai Massage (workshop):
In this 4-hour taster course, you are introduced to the fundamentals of Thai massage. Through hands-on practice, you will learn a blissful 35-minute massage sequence, gaining first-hand experience in both giving and receiving Thai massage. Once you have learned the basics of Thai massage, you can share this beautiful gift with your family and friends. They will certainly appreciate it!
Thai Massage Treatment:
Thai Yoga Massage is a mind~body~spirit practice that has the same roots as the ancient understanding of Ayurveda. Thai massage incorporates many different soft tissue manipulation techniques with assisted stretches and meditation in order to achieve a deep state of relaxation. This modality of touch emphasizes that each physical body is different and has different needs, meaning that no two massages are ever exactly the same. Thai Massage is generally practiced on a large mat on the floor, with the receiver full clothed in exercise or flexible clothing without the use of oils. Intuition is a guiding force for every treatment, as is a thorough understanding of the body through anatomy education.

Yara ~
Growing up, I have always longed for a deeper connection to myself and the world around me. I was able to tap into my divine power, while also connecting to others and the world around me…(keep reading Yara’s bio)
