It’s so easy to lose connection to yourself in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You have a sense of adventure. You like to travel. But, you also appreciate quiet time for rest and reflection.

Join us in the beautiful Costa Rican rainforest for 7 days and 7 nights to RECONNECT.

You’ll be surrounded and nurtured by nature, stepping away from your busy days to slow down, breathe it all in, rest, play, and explore.

This week will be all the rest you need and all the adventure you want. It will give you the space you need to:

• • Reconnect with yourself – removed from the busyness and noise you’ll connect with your heart and higher self.
• • Rest – without your daily obligations and to-do list this week will nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
• • Feel a true sense of community – Make connections with a group of supportive new friends, all on the same healing path as you.

All classes and excursions are optional but you can look forward to:

• Healthy vegetarian meals with many ingredients grown on-site
• Plenty of space with single-occupancy glamping accommodations
• Beach trips
• Sunset and waterfall hikes
• Daily movement and mindfulness practices
• Transportation to the centre
• Nature and culture day – Sierpe Mangrove tour and sphere museum

Options for adventure (additional cost) – choose from zip-lining or canyoning, because you’re more capable than you think.
