Marsha Jaworski
I started my yoga practice as a way to meet up with a good friend every week. I kept going because of the community of people who became great friends. Somewhere along the way, my life transformed. I now live in a body that bends without breaking and I have more emotional resilience than I ever thought possible. This is why I started teaching yoga.
At the core of my teaching is the belief that education is empowering, movement is therapeutic, food is medicine and a mindfulness practice connects us with ourselves and others. The way I lead a yoga class is also informed by my career as a student. I’ve earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Guelph, a designation as a Massage Therapist, completion of the osteopathic program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy and numerous trainings in the world of fitness, yoga and meditation.
This background coupled with my personal life of self-experimentation with meditation, food and movement, inspire the retreats I offer. My intention is to empower you with information around anatomy, physiology and movement as well as support you in awakening the skill of mindfulness. In paying attention to our external and internal environments, we can move from a place of habitual reactions to making informed decisions toward a better outcome.

Reanna Steels
I believe in being your own healer; there is no one who can “fix” you other than yourself. Slowing down and listening to the inner workings of the mind, body and soul is the key to succeeding in finding balance. I’ve devoted my life to practicing mindfulness, mind-body connection, breath work, and researching different avenues to help myself as well as others to better understand their relationship with this experience we call life. I’m passionate about the inner workings of the human body and have spent years chasing education related to it, from nursing to massage therapy to countless hours of personal research. In the end I hope that I can guide people to find their peace, even if just for a moment, with the hopes that one day they can find their way back to it full-time.
