Chia Pudding is such a fresh way to begin your day! It’s light, yet filling. And as well as being delicious, it’s also a great little immune booster with the spices we use for this particular bowl of goodness.

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 ½ tsp cardamom
- ½ tsp clove
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 – 1 ½ cups almond milk or water (depends on how hydrated you like your chia)
- Fresh fruit, nuts & seeds
The process:
**You’ll want to make this the night before you plan to consume it**
Place all ingredients in a large container or bowl and stir well, making sure the chia doesn’t clump together (after all, it’s not chia balls!).
Place mixture in a fridge overnight, and when you take it out in the morning give it a good stir.
Place in a bowl and top with any toppings you like – at Navina Costa Rica we personally enjoy fresh picked bananas and pineapple (from our gardens…just in case you were wondering 😉 )!
