Top Secret Costa Rican Adventure

There is so much to explore here in Costa Rica and I’d like to explore with you. I’ll collect you from the airport and we’ll begin the adventure of a lifetime.

Navina Costa Rica is located in an area of Costa Rica that is largely untouched by tourism and big corporate entities. It’s a haven for those looking to adventure and discover the beauty and healing power of nature. On this adventure we’re going to go in search of waterfalls, of hidden trails, of secret beaches and of anything and everything else we can find!

Here’s the plan:

Each day we’re going to get up and move our bodies mindfully and prepare them for a day of exploration. It’ll be kind of like a yoga practice, but not totally – it’ll be a little funkier than that. Then we’ll get on the road and seek out our next adventure! But here’s the thing – there’s only room enough for 5 people to join me, as we’ll all be going in the one vehicle.

All your meals, accommodations and movement practices are included in the price, as well as all the adventures we’re going to be going on! This is the most affordable offering I think we’ll ever be likely to have at the centre. It’s all happening because I really want to dig in and get my own explorers hat on here too.

Be ready to hike, get dirty, sweat, discover, and get back to the raw essence of nature – and of course eat amazingly fresh food, spend time at some of the most magical beaches on earth, discover pristine waterfalls and meet some of the friendliest people you’ll ever interact with.

We already have a couple of hikes planned – and a couple of magical waterfalls right next to our property. There’s already a secret beach only 25 minutes away that we might have on our list. On top of that, we’re also going to find NEW places to visit, and adventure in. We’re all going to be in new territory on this trip.

Travel to the centre is not included – you’ll need to arrive to Palmar Sur on July 15. You might choose to fly in, in which case you should read more information here, or you might choose to take a shuttle/bus or other road transport.
