I thought it’d be nice to see ya’ll and share some manual release work. I’m sure it’s been a minute since your last massage, so let’s meet online and I’ll walk you through a release session.
You’ll need to bring some kind of spherical massage tool (maybe a tennis ball, RAD roller, tune up ball – that kind of thing), and a yoga block or two (or something similar, perhaps a few books?).
We’ll be focusing on the neck and face. And it’ll be about 50 mins.
This time I will be recording it so you have access for a couple of days. If you can make it live though, it’s going to be at 4:30pm Costa Rica time (or 6:30pm EST).
Sliding scale for registration (prices in USD below).
Mark your calendars:
March 18. 4:30pm Costa Rica time (pls check and double check your time conversion if you plan to be there live).
